Are my images protected?: Yep. We make use of standard image protection solutions for the web to make the potential of someone stealing your images a tough challenge.

Am I locked into a contract?: No way, Jose. You can cancel whenever you want. But you're responsible for charges already made up until you cancel. We aren't able to offer refunds.

Can I change my plan later?: Absolutely. You can upgrade or downgrade to whatever grade you want, whenever you want. Just know that if you're upgrading, we'll bill you upon upgrading, and if you downgrade, we don't prorate for partial subscriptions.

Do I have to install and host FolioHD myself?: Nope! We're a hosted platform. That means we only run FolioHD on our servers. What does that mean to you? We are able to push out new features as soon as we build them, and there's not technical maintenance required on your part!

What's a custom domain and an email alias?

A custom domain is your own website url (Example: yoursite.com). So rather than your url being you.foliohd.com, you can make it yoursite.com, which is oh so much cooler.

An email alias means you can have an address at your domain. Like you@yoursite.com. It's more professional like that.
